In admissions, paperwork is not just "admin" it is the official record of the student's intent and the institution's commitment, it is an important step to transform a stack of documents into a legal and supportive student journey. 

This module ensures us that we are not just selling a school but acting as a qualified advisor. By mastering the terms, maintaining our resource notebook updated and following the training steps.
