We will have students with different learning styles in the online environment.  We all must make sure wer are consistent with all students.  Always make sure we are responding to student's needs within a reasonable about of time.

Great information on asynchronous and synchronous learning.  We must make sure we are providing synchronous learning in small groups rathter than the entire class at one.

It is very important to build relationships with your students - in the traditional classroom and the online classroom.  Learning about your students is a great way to start the class.  I would also share information about myself so they can get to know me as well.

As an online teacher, I need to make sure all students are engaged.  Communication is key in the online environment.
