Soft skills are a very important part of the modern workplace and need to be taught to students accordingly.

Basic computer skills are no longer enough to compete in the workforce; lifetime learning will be beneficial to have up to the minute computer skills.

Supporting student personal growth is part of their educational process.

When doing assessments being more positive than negative goes a long way and keep criticism positive as well.

In this module it explains the importance of positive correction while assessing student writings which I agree wholeheartedly with.

The emphasis on writing as another way of thinking is exceptional to convey to students.

This module was super, explaining how to promote creativity through having students ask questions and also self-management to guide students to become more autonomous learning.

Introducing soft skills front and center as an educator will influence my students in a positive way.
