my best take away in course orchestration in particular being able to rise to the challenge and make an effort to modify and edit content as needed and as often as necessary to best accomodate and facilitate effective  teaching and learning.

An instructor must be focused on co tent creation facilitation and engagement and never allow the online environment to become centerEd the socially aspect of student engagement 

in order to be true leaders in learning.....students must be lead by example and instructors must be willing to adapt and adjust their teacing style at any moment and facilitate a smooth transition for students as they do thesame

This will be an effetive tool for students who are working adults and are unable to attend or "sit-in" classes in real time, this will alloiw them to access content at their own availability
