I learned the critical requirements for CSC on-site survey visits, timely submission of the Annual Enrollment and Outcome Report by December 1, Certificate of Approval renewal processes (30 days prior with fees), effective student complaint resolution procedures, consequences of violations (including 100% refunds), and procedures for school closures and teach-outs.

I will apply this by implementing a perpetual compliance binder/system for visit readiness, ensuring accurate and timely annual reporting, maintaining an approved complaint process with visible notices, training staff on refund triggers, and preparing contingency plans to protect students and avoid sanctions or loss of approval.

I learned the strict CSC rules prohibiting misleading advertising or salary claims (except via approved CSC-005 form), detailed admissions documentation requirements, mandatory attendance/progress monitoring with specific termination thresholds, and precise refund calculations/timelines (including full refunds for violations or early cancellation).

As a Campus President, I will apply this by training all staff on compliant advertising and recruitment practices, ensuring every enrollment uses approved CSC-005 and enrollment agreements with proper documentation, rigorously enforcing attendance/progress policies, and maintaining accurate refund processes to protect students and avoid sanctions.

I learned the CSC requirements for new programs, revised programs, and seminars. This includes when to submit Form CSC-302COI, required attachments (catalog pages, syllabi, equipment lists, occupational expert statements, and advisory committee documentation), the 25% change threshold that triggers a new program application, exemption criteria for accredited schools, and proper fee submission rules.

As a Campus President, I will apply this by ensuring all future program additions or revisions follow the exact CSC submission process, maintaining a strong advisory committee, securing required occupational expert support, and submitting complete applications with fees to avoid delays or sanctions while expanding our nursing… >>>

I learned the key Texas Workforce Commission CSC rules for proprietary schools, including strict requirements for registering Representatives, School Directors, and Instructors, ethical recruitment standards, facility compliance, and mandatory continuing education.

As Campus President of our new Fort Worth nursing campus, I will apply this by ensuring all staff registrations and training are completed on time, maintaining physical presence and qualification standards for the Director role, enforcing accurate information sharing, and implementing annual evaluations and development plans to support compliance and quality education.
