Having a binder with all of your lesson plans will help you stay organized for the next time you have to teach the course.

Knowing how long the class is and having the righ amount of content to last the whole time period is very crucial so the student don't lose intest in the class. Also being prepared and doing ice breakers the first day of class to get to know your students will help to get to know them and for them to know each other.

Its very important making sure the content you are teaching your online learners is appealing to them not just reading text material. Finding new ideas to get there attention is key to there success. There are some students that are hands on and that is how they learn so this module gives you ideas on what to you can do to keep your online student eganged.

Take a student assesment by handing our 3x5 index cards for students to write down where they are struggling and go over them in class while keeping the students anonymous so they wont feel intimidated. 

Try to find a teaching style that works for me so I am able to the best instructor possible and be able to educate the students with out them getting bored.

Don't be afraid to ask other instructors for help. You are going to make mistakes but that is just the process of learning. Take notes so you wont make the mistakes again. 

If there is a student that is being agressive towards you, step away from situation. Don't allow yourself to be part of the abuse. 

All the information I have received motivates me to look into fun ways to get the students ingaged in class. I think it really important to set expections for yourself as an intructor and not be afraid to try new ideas when teaching students. Not all ideas will work for your class but eventually you'll find something that will work for you and your students.

This module help me understand the different types of test options and with options will be most effective for students.

I learned that there is different styles of teaching student. It is very important to learn them and not just stick to the style you are more comfortable because it might not work for certain students.
