Don't be afraid to ask other instructors for help. You are going to make mistakes but that is just the process of learning. Take notes so you wont make the mistakes again. 

If there is a student that is being agressive towards you, step away from situation. Don't allow yourself to be part of the abuse. 

All the information I have received motivates me to look into fun ways to get the students ingaged in class. I think it really important to set expections for yourself as an intructor and not be afraid to try new ideas when teaching students. Not all ideas will work for your class but eventually you'll find something that will work for you and your students.

This module help me understand the different types of test options and with options will be most effective for students.

I learned that there is different styles of teaching student. It is very important to learn them and not just stick to the style you are more comfortable because it might not work for certain students.

Giving a good impression on the first day is very important and will help set the vibe for your students. Its also important not to overwhelm your students with to much information and it is ok if you don't get through all of you checklist you can always go back were you left off. 

What I learned from this module is to make sure I am always organized and prepared for the days subject. That incluldes being on time and class is set up ready for students to learn. Make sure I always look professional and act professional with my students as well as my peers because students are always watching. Also it is very important to set expectiaion the first day of class with students so the have an understanding of what is expedted of them.
