The component I hadn't really considered was peacemaking, although I do it on a daily basis to keep lessons going smoothly and avoid choas. All of the components are essential to student success, from introduction linking the prior knowledge to create new connections, to increasing and demonstrating mastery communication is vital.

I now realize why the multiple feedback and input is so vital. Not only does it steer the instructions but it also enhance it to maximize the retention of important information. Communication is needed to ensure proper communication is taking place and needs are being met.

The plan is to make sure that the plan is consistent and all those materials are relevent to the module being taught. Once the students get into the rountine of howto meet the objective and what the expectation is then that will help ensure their success. Basic planning helps students succeed and instructors progress fromorganization to completion.

IIt's  good to know even with e-learners there must be room for venting and appropriate choices. Not saying not to make poor choices  but to realize as the facilitator  I must guide  and demonstrate  their choices even closer and make sure students understand how their choices  have an effect on others.

CThere is no one-size-fits-all methods. Everything  must be evaluated  and placed for maximum  student success.

When evaluating anything it's good to have the benefit of another set of eyes. Often when creating a tasks I'll let several persons look at it and do editing or see if they can the determine the desired outcome before I even present it to the students. The very circustances of this pandemic makes me satisfied with the fact my students were familiar with the Google Classroom and other platforms so they could utilize it to finish their class requirements. Even myself I reflect on what I could have done to reach even higher with a goal.

The usage of ribrics are like "in your face" grading with our students we provide point by point feedback along with asking "What grade are/were you trying to earn?" After we review the outcome they sometimes have the opportunity to revise their artifact/work product. They love taks will rubrics because they know what it takes to get maximum points.

A variety of strategies and components are needed and must be in place to ensure learning takes places from the time instruction and clear objectives are given. Students really indicate who needsadditional help by what they do online or F2F. Scaffolding for gradual release is like bowling with the rails up and the more you guide the better you get with the skill.

The reason behind consistency especially with assignments and information definetly improves the retention and recall of the students. I also find that when things are consistent the students increase their independence by knowing how to do tasks with minimal assistance.

In any setting there's one thing for sure students will be students, s they will do well with others they will not. My goal is to find a balanced method of success regardless of their behaviors or choices for favorable outcomes.
