It is important to discuss with your leader the tools that can be utilize in social media to make sure you are compliant with the school / institution protocol.

I learned that compliance is essential, it is important to follow up with the admissions department just to confirm that all the information that is provided is accurate and up to date.

The information was clear on the importance of following rules of the instituion and the state regulation.  

What I learned in this module is that is important to be honest and clear with the prospect student and also provide actual facts about the institution.  Ongoing training and communication is key and is part of all sucess. 

I learned , that the more you know about the institution the more confident you will feel when is time to provide the information to the public.  Also it is important to maintain active attending to meetings and ongoing training that helps an admission representative sound informed.

I was able to get clarification on all marketing and advertizing methods available to be utilize on the admission process.  Also is clear to understand how important is to establish a great relationship with other leaders of the institution to have a better undertanding of all the tools that are available for each program.

The information on this module helps me to understand the organization structure in the admission process.  The importance of covering all aspects of the programs, understanding the information that will be given to the prospective students and the commmunication that I need to have with my leader to be sucessful on the role and with the leads provided by the institution.

I learned that there are rules / regulations set in place for the admission process.  Also the importance of utilizing a resourc enotebook to provide the correct information to potential students.
