Literacy is an ongoing process, not limited to adult in higher education. Why it is conceieved in grammar school, it is not less important in adulthood. Technology may give additional pathways in help to realize it importance and help improve those skills that may have been lacking. Virtual reality give a new demension to aide in helping students to broaden those skill and inceptionalize their potential to enhance comprhension.
Today's research involes technologies unlike the past generations. Quick resources of multiple information at your finger tip allow for multiple opinions and research information. This access to quick information can be overwhelming and dauting and you must remember which information would be relevant in reaching your goal.
The New literacy encompass the use of technology. It still require the tranfer of information and the use of literacy. Without listening,speaking, writing and reading no information can be passed along. However new technology all sender to send to multiple recievers quickly but it still ramains that basic literacy is required for comprehension of information.
Literacy includes listening,reading,writing and speaking. All these skill lead to comprehension, which in term means that they all work together to enlighten, challange and motivate and help us reach our goal to communicate well.
All communication skills are essential along with
planning and budgeting time to carry out goals. Achievement are accomplished by have plans and being able to communicte those plans to inspire,direct all involve in accompling the goal.
Last submissioon of assignment need to be address so that student make commitment to assign goal and that there are conscienences to not stepping up to the plate.
The online experience is not much different from classroom teaching only that you student will need to be computer literate and you may need to help them navigate through the program at first until it becomes easier. Having a format to follow allow for easy navigation.
