Lecturing can be completed in different formats other than traditional Expository style. 

The importance of having a flow to class that start with introductions and ends with an understanding of what to expect from the class. 

Goal setting and preparing for the day. I liked the videos and how they set the tone for class by coming in early to mingle with students.

Exploring professional growth and development in your own career to help you constantly improve on your own teaching abilities. Reflecting on the instructors that impacted your learning and trying to find ways to engage students based on previous experiences.
