Implementing AI in CET will require curriculum integration and educators training.

Artificial intelligence can be used in the educational environment to create new opportunities for learning and development of new skills. With the advance of AI medicine and nursing will change and we need to be up to date with the latest technology.

Soft and hard skills are important in the instructional setting. It made me aware of my soft skills and how to improve them.

Soft skills can help to create a better learning environment for the students that focuses on leadership, critical thinking and fosters better communication.

To be great instructors and be able to inspire the next generations, we have to possess soft skills and transmit them to our students. 

This module made me aware of how important soft skills are in my line of work as a Clinical Instructor in a Nursing Program. You can possess the hard skills to teach, but if you are not a good communicator and do not possess empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking, it will be hard to instill those in your students.
