In this module, I learned that putting together a proper syllabus and sharing it with other instructors to get their input is important. And- or making sure the syllabus that comes with the material is up-to-date and clear for the students to have a clear path to achieve. To have realistic goals and objectives. I will study my school's syllabuses more closely. And work to stay up on relevant changes in our industry.

I learned that being an effective instructor starts with professionalism. And that planning and preparation is key for a proper classroom learning experience, and for delivering the course content correctly. I plan to focus on the model, manager, motivator concept from this course.
