There are benefits to having a traditional instructor engaging in the classroom as student/instructor interaction is fluent. However, since the netplosion of the 1990s the internet has really taken a critical turn shaping our lives from everything we do in everyday life.

So hearing that these engagements now have labels it really started to sink in as to how beneficial it could be for me to exchange with my group of students on a daily basis.

While synchronous interactions involve a zoom meeting with everyone on board for example. Asynchronous is the standard email system where checking emails is critical… >>>

Comment on Huda Shahab's post: Nice input and well stated example. I can liken it to my church group zoom meeting with many international attendees there on the chat.

In order to engage the student instructors should have develop a structured  and prepare a classroom setting. In the classroom the module buttons are easily accessible and give access to the students to various categories of training from A toZ. Modules to each and everyone of the assignments are easily accessed notes to take place, calendrical organization assignments due dates discussion to be had as well as location buttons can be added to the interphase  through the front page buttons.

This lesson taught me the value of continuing to use multiple-choice questions. Other versatile forms when using multiple-choice questions are incorporated in your quizzes are also called matching problems. When matching problems are used make sure to include the following: cause and effect

parts and the function of that part

principles and the situations in which those principles may apply

 procedures and operations

 symbols and names

 terms and definitions

In addition for using multiple-choice type questions grouped are completion questions "fill in the blank" be sure to provide directions that let students know if a single workd i sought or… >>>

As far as showing students my devoted commitment to their quality learning experience, there is no better way than to listen to them. But the lesson here spoke mostly about critical need to take time before going to class better prepared with well-worded questions that address the subject students need. In a nut shell the following is a list of parameters that will enable you to bring the end objective to the table: plan, directed to individual students, Followed by silence, answers are repeated and reinforced, more questions follow, and above the recall level.

Another good point is to avoid… >>>

Comment on Peter Gagnon's post: Great point Peter! I would just like to add that does take away from student participation. One should never humiliate your students.

Comment on Mellisa Fish's post: Since I can remember Junior High School and the first Apple computer I knew that technology would impact the lives of us all. But only at the time computers as we may have experienced were more for learning how to write code and mostly for those who could afford them. Because todays computers come in the version of the latest iphones or other available phone/computers its become so mainstream even children have access to them. My point if technology while frightening as it can be for some crossing that barrier is more often than… >>>

So from the lesson the flipped classroom is a way to approach student engagement they will in turn bring into the classroom their experiences learned outside of the classroom setting. It allows the instructor to more or less give students real-life application as it is achieved in the real-world. Thereby, adding the value from the course with respect to the enrichment of the student career perspective.

Because a classroom setting beckons more logical interactions with students its quite necessary to allow for a "wait" time between student/instructor question and answer as well as student to student question and answer. Its a great technique that is purposeful. During these wait times Bank on givingall students equal opoortunity to respond even when it takes longer than usual. Its best to give students enough wait time to get better achievement and retention.

The next four techniques redirection, probing, reinforcement, and use of praise can take us into the type of questions that can make student/instructor interchanges a lot more… >>>

Its important that the validity and the reliability of the test prepared for students will accurately help you get the feedback from the material that is being tested on that block period. These test Not only must be an accurate measurement of the students ability to grasp new material taught/instructed but also has to have the ability to tell which students are not grasping the material and or skills they're expected to take with them to the field and in their new career.
