There are many regulations that I was not aware of. I knew I had to be adhered  by the State and Federal regulations while operating with my customers. But I am so impressed to learn about the "Do-Not-Call guidelines and penalities". 

I have learned about the consequences for not doing the right thing as an administrator. Failure to follow all Fair Consumer Practices can pose a lot of dangers to any institution. Consequently, taking this training is very important for all institution staff and faculty that will involved in any student admissions process. 

Yes, the institution may have a list of job openings available to show the student, but they cannot assure to this student that he or her will be placed after graduating from the program.  

Using advertising and publications are great strategies that can be used by any institution to improve attendance accuracy in a school. Also, the "Student Right-to-Know" must be implemented as a vital rule. 

Without understanding these two main elements, I think an institution will not be able to function.

Working in collaboration with my staff helps me to understand my responsibilities toward them specifically, when it comes to satisfy my student services and marketing. 

To stay focused and organized, I make sure to check my checklists in a regular basis. 

I am currently working in my institution as an Administrative Director. Applying and reinforcing my institution policies are my first priority to get things done.
