From the Staying Up-to-Date and Compliant module, I’ve learned how crucial it is for admissions representatives to stay informed about current regulations, institutional policies, and industry best practices.

From the Understanding Your Institution module, I’ve learned how essential it is to be familiar with all aspects of the school—not just the academic programs, but also the mission, history, policies, culture, and support services.

One of the most valuable aspects I learned is how essential it is to have a well-organized system for tracking applications, collecting necessary forms (like transcripts, recommendation letters, and proof of residency), and ensuring each step is completed before moving forward.

This module helped me better understand the importance of communication, attention to detail. One key takeaway for me was the value of empathy—recognizing that for many applicants, this process can be overwhelming or unfamiliar, especially for international students.
