This is such a great way to know how to approach and communicate with different generations. 

I have learned the importance of addressing challenges. It is important that we clarify, use empathy, use tools and confirm the challenges was addressed before moving on. 

I have learned that there are levels of listening: Internal listening, focused listening and global listening, it requires you to develop trust.
