My favorite method is doing huddle groups and giving them equal time to engage, while complementing every step they take.

I am encouraged by the reminders in this session.  The students nedd reassuring and validation for essiential growth.

What I have learned is to allocate my time wisely and apply these methods to everyday teaching.

By setting objectives, standards and assesments the students can maximize their learning.
