Taking attendance and writing Mods on the board are effective.

Preparation and knowing your material are very good points.

One component that is imperative is to always exemplify yourself as a professional. 

Rewarding adult students that have low confidence and self esteem levels usually with time,  results

in Intrinsic students.

I feel that I need more of my students' feedback on my teaching, thus motivating them more.

Adult studens feel mmore engaged when we share our experiences and outcomes.
