Just like in this course, I find that all material is organized in the same fashion for each new topic; functunally consistent throughougt. This is essential for me to navigate, avoid frustration and thereby have success. An online course easy to navigate is one that is well-organized. So, I want to take the time to thank those who structured this course. 

In this topic I found various key points I agree with. One is that learners should be responsible for their own learning but the instroctor must facilitate the learning, and another is that facilitators wear different hats. Therefore, I have to know when and how to were each hat.

I plan to review my course(s) holistically, by content, and by assingment to assess how successful I am in facilitating student learning and waht can be done to improve student learning.

I have learned about the importance of organization on a synchronous or asynchronous method of delivery. I plan to set guidelines to enhance student success and for the sake of time management.   

I have learned that we have many tools, but we do not have to use them all. We need to asses wich tool works best for the learning goal in mind.

I have learned that by choosing and matching appropriate tools with its functions can facilitate teaching, but only after assesing its effectiveness the technology is proven to be affective for a particular. For example: a teaching or learning style.
