Including a blog into your course material sounds like it will benefit the class in a manner of which they can discuss topics as needed. 

I had no idea that microblogging was being introduced into teaching but sounds very helpful. I do think the students will adhere to it for the first reason being it will be okay to use text language. 

I learned that including social commentary can be very helpful in a students ability to learn and will engage others to follow. 

Social networking can bring the class together as a whole and allow for questions to be discussed that would not normally be exucuted in class due to time. Also, the outcome of a higher learning ability would possibly be taken into consideration through more thorough discussions.
