Planning and prepping for your classes is the best way for everyone to be successful! It takes the guess work out of your day when you are already confident in what the lesson plan is for the day. 

There are many different types of students and how they learn. E-learning is great environment for learning, but also a challenging one. Knowing how to combat the challenges of different student types will help the overall engagement of the e-learning classroom.

Student engagement only solidifies the success of the students and their future. If the students are not succeeding in class, they will not succeed in their degrees. 

Online classroom presence is important, so your students know that you are here an engaged and involved in their overall success. 

Course delivery is very important to make sure you understand how to run the course and answer any questions that the students may have. 

Becoming an instructor means you are always learning. Learning how to better yourself as a professional and learning how to communicate with your students. All students are different and we need to take the time to engage with all learning styles.
