I have been using Remind, Email, Google Voice, Text, Zoom, and by phone. Has worked for me to keep in contact with my students one way or another. Nowadays it's easier to communicate with them. 

Being organized and taking the time to train and look at the resources that have been given to you to share with students. Of course, it is going to take time to get comfortable and get used to it. But setting time aside to learn if before the module starts is the best thing to do to be ready and prepared. That is what I do. I prepare and have the day ready a week before so in case I get stuck I have time to either find a solution or ask someone else.

In this module, I learned how important it is to engage the student on the module topic discussion forum and give feedback also to his classmates. 

Having any kind of discussion with a topic of the module brings together students and they share feedback which is a very important tool in communication 

I learned a lot from this module and the difference between Synchronous versus Asynchronous Learning

Using all the resources that are given to us to give to our students is very important the more you learn about technology the more easier is going to be to add it to our teaching to motivate our students. 

I was impressed to learn about the Instructional System Design 

I agree with Ms. Rebecca, many times I would see that students would delay in answering the question of the forum because they were waiting for someone to start. Sometimes what would end up happening is that they would be the first to answer and they would forget to give feedback to two of their classmates. That would hurt their grade even though it was a fantastic answer. So what I do know is I tell them on day one to answer and that way they can get that out of the way, 

What we have at our school is blackboard discussion forum. Every week is a different topic. I really enjoy reading my student's answers and like how their classmates give them feedback on their answers. I like to read them and see them all get involved. 

I am very proud to work for a College that is well prepared and has the syllabus very easy to understand and follow it. The modules and assignments are broken into each week and are very easy to read and complete their assignments. I really enjoy being able to learn from Max Knowledge and to continue learning more online classes. So many changes online education and I am grateful our school provides that for us.
