I learned about the different types of tests and some techniques for writing test questions.

I learned the importance of ensuring assessments measure student learning and comprehension of the material as well as the different types of assessments, including formative and summative. 

I learned some specific techniques to use while questioning and using the Socratic method, which is useful for the case studies I used in the courses I teach.  I also liked the techniques to engage students who tend to be quiet in class.  

I've learned about different learning styles and will better be able to develop curriculum that incorporates different aspects of each to better reach all learners.
