I plan on making time for my students and allowing them my full attention when asking questions and having a discussion. 

It completely makes sense to blend different learning styles in order to reach out to more students and have the learning actually apply.

I love the idea of an icebreaker to get familiar with your class, and allowing them to get to know the instructor as well. 

Proper planning allows the instructor to be organized and better help their students.
