I think it is possible to implement problem solving practice and research assignments to my classroom. 

Very few problems in life are straight forward. Being able to think creatively can help solve complex problems.

Questioning will also serve them well in the work place to avoid errors and improve their policies.

Learning critical thinking skills in school will benefit students in the workplace. 

I wish there were better resources to get students tested for learning disabilities as adults!

I think implementing more short term projects could benefit my students. 

I will start assigning groups more to help get better diversity in outlooks and experience.

I need to work on moving around more / floating while teaching. 

This was a bit tricky of a section. I do agree working with students on late assignments but our institututional policy is to give a 0. 

I have ran into the problem of students having inadequate background knowledge. I do think that we are going to run into this more as AI is helping a lot of students through the pre-req classes.
