I learned that the way students learn can be based off of their personalities. You have to be diligent in learning who the students are in order to ensure they get what they need from you and the class.

I learned that being present for both in person and online students is important. Ensure that you make plans for students who learn differently. Reach out to students individually to re-introduce yourself and let them know your availability.

I learned that you should view all of your course materials before the start of class. Keep the class engaged and communicate effectively within the class.
