I'm going to get more creative on my voicemails, and leave very different info on each call.

I will do more of repeating their concern back before I react with my answer on how to overcome that particular obstacle.

I'm going to be more aware of, and work more on pulling out those hidden obstacles the student has not shared yet, that could be a blocker in moving forward.

I feel I could work on being more aware of their time, as I typically want to do a thorough, and informational, call. But at times, some people just want the facts and don't have a lot of time to stay on the phone for much else. I will be more aware of the ones I can sense are in a rush, or "fact searching."
