This module is fundamental because it is about the policies, protocols, and procedures that should be accessible to students interested in studying at a post-secondary institution. The management and custody of student documents offer students trust and transparency. All these processes lead us as an objective toward a service of excellence from the institutions that are accredited.

Module 102 gave me the opportunity to review and affirm the specific parameters of the academic area. And the importance of the Advisory Committee, in these times where the labor market has changed after the pandemic. Committee members have made valuable contributions. In addition, the technological tools for offering classes have changed the way classes are offered.

Examining the instructional strategies to work to integrate these components will help develop a learning community and providing feedback is the most important tool to quantify how they learn. A Code of Conduct should be available.

I agree with their argument, technology in a medium that helps them in their learning process. "Creating an environment that feels secure, friendly, and inclusive is key to helping students open up to exploring online course interaction the same way they do with social media." In my  experience, the tutoring services (online) the students had the opportunity to interact more with their tutors and the teaching-learning process was extended.


The instructor will share some suggestions to the students about efficient communication in online courses. The instructor should: personalize the environment, encourage introductions, provide timely feedback, model correct grammar, spelling, appropriate writing style, be visible online, establish clear guidelines for participation.

To maintain effective communication, it is necessary to define the means of communication and the tools available and above all the agreement between the students and the teacher. Establish clear guidelines.
It is interesting to measure the participation of the students, how frequent is the communication in the different means that have been agreed for communication: emails, wiki, blogs, forum. Observe that active communication between: I2S, S2I, S2S.

The rubric follows the development guidelines, establishes the difference between the levels of work. In addition, it will be reliable and valid rubrics will enhance the learning environment.

Establish the type and purpose of the rubric, integrating the student outcomes. Consider the homework, project, and what you want to evaluate and the rubric will be clear, reliable, valid, and fair.
