About me

I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 25 years. In all areas and positions. I currently have a family of two young girls that has led me to edcuation. I am learning so much from them and my career in a whole different way. I still love the industry in all its aspects and hope to get back in once they grow a little older and I can emerge myself once again.

This is one of many reasons meetings are scheduled to discuss specific goals and topics from an agenda.… >>>

Walking around the classroom is a powerful way to keep the energy up in the classroom. I find if I stand in the front of the classroom i have a few students engaged and taking notes. But when I walk around the classroom during lecture I can draw out disucssion. It somewhat reminds me of interactive theater, when the actors come out in to the audience.
