So far this training has reinforced how important it’s to set the stage for learning. Some ways mentioned is to write the daily objective on the board for the lesson which is what I do daily as well as making sure students feel secure about what they are being asked to do. 

Staying up to date on new technologies is important for students and instructors. 

I’ve learned like our students pwe must continue to grow and learn how to better serve them in this world of technology and online learning. 

Communication and having points of contact are very important.
