The best way to help employers and students is to educate them and encourage a good work ethic with motivation tactics. Things like showing up to work on time, being prepared for class, and having a sense of drive is considered to be a soft skill. These skills can’t be taught in grade school or college, it is simply a common sense skill that must be taught through life’s experiences.
