With regard to regulations, standards and rules of state agencies, accrediting bodies, The Standards of Responsible Conduct and Transparency and the USDOE, are there published articles documenting imprisonment of school employees?

Currently, our campus has only one person who manages our facebook page. If in the future, we allow all associates to facebook with students, what thoughts do you have on maintaining positive relationships with students while at the same time telling them you cannot discuss any topics not related to school.

Employer Verification Forms are approved for documenting employment that provides data for calculating employment rates. Why does CCC require a third party verifier which slows or interferes with the process?

While serving on a local, community committee, I learned that not all schools are providing easy access to the disclosures. CCC's is not very easy to locate, however, when comparing the data of our disclosures to other schools in the area, we are by far the best. There is one school, however, who has data posted from an average of all their schools across the state. I believe this is not as transparent as some prospective students would like. What do any of you feel are the positive and negative effects of posting dislosures that are different among different schools?
