Activity

To become a great instructor, it is important to know the students in the class, show respect and understanding and relate content to personal experiences as the expert in a certain course.

To keep students motivated always validate and remind the progress they have made to help them build back their motivation and confidence. 

Acknowledging students first thing at the start of class, encouraging them and validating their progress plays a big role in the all-around success of students and their leaning experience. 

Communicating with the students helps to better understand their way of learning and understanding students by seeing things from their point of view is beneficial for the instructor and students. 

How important and beneficial assigning group work can be for students and also making sure that all the groups have even balance of students who catch on faster mixed with students who may take longer to comprehend material.

Implementing the 5 components will become very useful in the Lesson Plans. 

Setting the stage for the learning environment as a facilitator creating boundaries with students, and how one represents themselves to the class.

Becoming a facilitator can be and adjustment but also an important role as and educator

Encourage students to always express their needs or leaning habits. Navigate ways to help students with disabilities succeed in the class by communicating and trying different avenues.

Not every student learns the same therefore repetition will help students retain information.
