Safety first and the instruction should be a natural integrated part of instruction.

Rubrics are a valuable tools with lab assessments, also.

The different instructional styles to meet the varied learner styles.

The alignment of competency based education and Bloom’s Taxonomy.

This course has been a good reminder of the importance of reducing stress in your life.  The strategies recommended provided many great ways to help reduce stress to improve physical and mental health. 

Just a reminder that It is not healthy to ignore stressors in life.

I think many of the suggestions will be helpful in organizing time.  In particular, setting a designated time to check and respond to emails.  I also think the suggestions to arrange a to-do list will be helpful.

Break to do lists into manageable chunks. 

I plan to incorporate service learning projects with middle school/junior high students, and I feel this information has provided an outline to establish successful projects.  This course has outlined how important clear communication, with involvement from all participants, will be to the success of projects.

How important it is to establish service learning projects correctly, including all participants in the process and evaluations.  Also, how student reflections will be important in the overall service learning experience.
