It is important to practice the demonstrations before class so there is a lesser chance of things not working or identifying issues before the start of the lab/demo.

As an instructor it is imparitive to ensure that the class is getting to know you as well as their classmates, this will allow them to calm down and feel more at ease on the first day of class.

I learned to ensure that set up is all done prior to the students beginning the day, it is also very important to put out a good sylibus so the students have a good idea of what material will be covered and when.

I learned that it is important to provide Modeling, Management and Motivation for for our students to be successful in both a school and professional environments.
