Most of this course was reveiw or built upon what I already use in my process. With that said, it reitterated and reminded me of why the process works and helped motivate me to continue what I am doing with enthusiasm once again.
Other parts were of great help and have motivated me to change my process or add to it with wonderful suggestions that I am eager to put in place.
