Listening to and understanding the  students needs and struggles will help keep the student active in the class. I will drive the desire to continue to attend classes

To deliver the course content i would first discuss it with the student so they all can get on the same page and then I would test their knowledge with random questions about the course content.

It is important for the students to know about you and what you expect. It is also important for you to learn about the students and how the learn so you can cater to each student and help them succeed. 

To set policies, procedures, resources, goals, objectives, and evaluation methods for the course. This will help the students understand what is required of them. The objective is to help the students learn and grow for the better. This will help the instructor become a better teacher as well

Utilize different instructional tools for delivery to each and every student. Always remain professional and help the students grow
