Christine, please share an example of improvements that have been implemented as a result of the survey results. Surveying is a popular practice but we haven't heard much about how effective they are.
Erin, do you invite graduates who have progressed at different rates in their career to speak to your students and re-enforce your points?

Sounds like this could be a very effective way to get students integrated into school life and develop ties, Michelle. Can students request a particular Buddy? Can they change Buddies as they progress through their program?

Who provides the weekend tutoring, Allan? I think it's interesting that the students would come in to see what's going on? Seems to suggest a good bond with the school.

How effective is the faux diploma, Simone? Are you able to connect that piece of paper with tangible, life changing results? Do they ever look at it and say "it's just a piece of paper"?
