Congratulations on getting your students to buy in on the evaluation process. Most schools struggle to get meaningful feedback over the long haul. How often do the students complete this grading process? How do you share the results?
What do you mean by frequent inspections? What types of strengths and weaknesses are evaluated in the first two weeks and what sort of support is provided?
