We can't just rely on one type of evaluation to revise a course. Its neccessary to use multiple evaluations and multiple inputs from your stakeholders to improve the course.

I also give feedback to the course designer when she was creating the course for the very first time.

Now, its really getting better and better every module.

We still make some changes, every course of course.

My boss like using Rubrics to evaluate the online instructors too!

For this session: I learned about attrition and reasons why students dropped or cancel.  Its very important that new students has an orientation one week before they join the course.  In my experience student tend to get overwhelmed and frustrated specially if they dont know how or not able  to access their course on their first day.

We have a Weekly topic discussions and also I schedule a weekly Zoom Live lecture meeting with them and its recorded so for those students that cannot attend they may view and listen to it anytime.  I find that students are very active on both.

Posting a short biography of  an instructor is very important as well as  student posting a short biography of themselves on Day 1. This is a very good start on day 1 and also  post your expections from them and ask students what are their expections from you.
