extrinsic motivation can be used to help a student become intrinsically motivated. However, a student that is intrinsically motivated will learn better since it becomes something that they want to do without an external reward.

When starting a new class, it's important to help the students understand that you are there to help them learn and grow the field they have chosen. Helping them feel secure in their own skills and abilities and giving them the knowledge that they can ask for help when they need it without negative feedback helps them feel empowered and secure.

You can't teach students if you are not excited about what you're teaching. When you show you're excited about the topic it will make them get excited. Also showing excitement about a topic will show you love what you are teaching and can make them more excited about it too. This helps them with retaining the information.

The student may give the teacher the right course of action to continue the training in a better direction. Maybe they are not understanding the information and their questions can help you see what's holding them back.

Its like walking by an old man and you overhear him talking about his time in a war fought long ago. It makes you want to stop… >>>

No one learns the same. There are visual learners, auditory learners, and repetition learners. This is just a few ways people learn. The best way to understand how to teach people is in our brain a memory is placed after we learn something new. However, the way we can access it can improve when we use other senses and emotions for that memory. We remember eating the best steak we ever had. that memory can be brought back up by looking at a steak, my just smelling the steak or even just hearing the sizzle of a steak. Thats because… >>>
