I learned about the different types of course revisions and the typical time frame associated with each.

Effective communication with students online is huge and I believe, can make or break a student's experience.

Work / life balance is so very important, in order not to get burned out.  Time management skills should be implemented to prevent this.

Workload strategies are important in teaching an online course, in order to avoid getting overwhelmed and staying on track.  

Learned different methods to achieve synchronous and asynchronous online information, and about LMSs.

Now I know what Community of Practice is and why it is important to develop.

Learned about how to accommodate students at every level.

Learned a little more about rubrics and how they facilitate understanding and expectations of course.

Learned about the different communication styles for each generation.

Learned about ways to moderate communication in an online course.
