Understanding that not all state laws have a definition of consent. But there still needs to be a clear understand of consent between two people.

Whether an incident occured on campus or not it still should be encouraged to report and in a timely manner. But understanding the diffrence in criminal investigation and Title Ix investigation for the filling. 

Knowledgeable and reporting that is needed from a Title Ix in order to take the proper precations for students and staff.

The understanding of Title Ix and vawa and the proper procedures that need to be taken in order to protect our staff and students. 

Absolutley agree! Being transparent and honest with our prospective students will help build relationships and trust with them in the long run.

Not being able to answer questions may have. I normally come accross this when i have a re entry or schedule change the student wants to know right away how this will affect them. I just explain there is a process and we must look at other things before making the change to ensure this is the best choice for them.
