As many students are already gamers, I think that incorporating games in the classroom will feel natural

I like building the data for games but it takes time. I have found multiple sites but I am still on the hunt for built games in our area and subject matter.

Communication, rubric and collaboration are key components in student success.  

Communicating as clearly as possible will enable students' success within the course's engagement process and in terms of teamwork.

A code of communication ensures that students correctly follow the guidelines and code of conduct.

There are various ways to communicate with students. They vary on type of activity and communication needs of instructor and student.

Rubrics are a great tool for letting students know the expectations required.

I can use norm assessments to compare student skills with our pool of students in the larger group when decision making needs to occur during possible externships.

Diagnostic Evaluations are important in learning the students current or existing knowledge prior to a lesson plan. This can include various types of diagnostic evaluations and is important as student misconceptions should be ascertained prior to coursework instruction. 

Assessment tools will allow for critical effectiveness with regards to the instructor's ability to view student growth.
