 In the begining of my postition I was a BDR, which does recruit.  However my position has since changed to more of a community outreach focus.   I feel that this is all really great information to have, however, more guidance on the community outreach and getting our community and campus united in the same goal of serving our students would be nice as well.

Yes students are going into school to have a better job and make good money.  However, I hold two degrees but had to get the experience and had to work my way up to what I do now.  I feel that their is a sense from some students that they do not have to work to get that job they want that they system will just work for them. I feel that there has been a culture shift since I went to college. 

You should only be speaking about the programs that are offered at your school.  We also need to know our programs well and be able to communicate the great things about our own school.  The potential student will need to visit their schools of interest and pick the right fit for them.   We should represent our school and programs in a positive way by providing accurate information and honest information consistently.
