Technology is continuously changing and so we need to stay current in order to give our students the best opportunities to be successful learners.

Clear concise communication is key to success.

Technology is constantly changing, and so it is important stay current.  Our students certainly do.

students need consistency in teaching patterns.  It relieves stress.

Once again, there are many tools of technology.  We need to find the best tools that work for each of our students.  We can't just remain content with what we are used to.

elearning doesn't eliminate all of those same issues we have in a traditional classroom of instruction.

It's important to allow for small chat before and after scheduled discussion

The key is to treat your virtual classroom as you would your "traditional" classrom.  The idea is to make as close to what students have been used to in the traditional classroom.
