Using varied forms of feedback is a good way to interact with students, as well as not being overwhelming with the information you give them when assessing their work. 

Syllabi for the online environment must not be flat and static, it must be dynamic to be truly effective.

The point of maintaining consistency was a large focus of this lesson. 

I appreciated the outline of ISD.

Multiple attempts at lower stake quizzes help student to gain knowledge and confidence for midterms and finals.

We are more likely to use a hybrid model to help with student engagement. We also use discussion board with case studies to have students interact with each other more.

Courses need to have content build on itself, and to be engaging to the learner. There needs to be space for interaction with other students as well as instructors.
