I have learned that communication needs to start early, and be ongoing for student success. 

Communication skills are vital in all aspects of life, both personal and professional. Helping students to improve these skills will help them be more sucessful all around. 

Improved technology will let students have more experiences before practicing a skill in the "real world" and to gain knowlege and confidence.

The reasoning behind the "why" of a skill is important for students to know.

You must model what you wish your students to learn.

I learned about the importance of providing rubrics to students prior to assignments. 

This module referenced different forms of assessments. 

This was a helpful look into different assessment types.

Student feedback is vital to understanding if an instructor is being effective with assesment tools.

You need multiple points of view for an effective evaluation of a course.
