This module helped me better understand the difference between licensing and accreditation and how multiple regulatory bodies can impact a licensed institution. I learned that while licensing is required and accreditation is voluntary, both involve strict compliance, especially around fair consumer practices. It also reinforced the importance of clearly disclosing transfer of credit policies, articulation agreements, and limitations so students can make informed decisions and admissions remain compliant.

This module helped me understand how important it is to follow the rules for advertising and promotional materials under Subsection 6E-1.0032(4), F.A.C. It reinforced that all marketing must be clear, truthful, and not misleading, so prospective students receive accurate information and can make informed decisions.

This module reinforced how critical accurate admissions paperwork and clear communication are for compliance and student trust. I will apply this by ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and clearly explained, while consistently following our defined enrollment structure. Admissions is not just a school process but a legal responsibility, and understanding and following these requirements is essential to remain compliant and protect both students and the institution.

This training reminded me how important it is to be honest, clear, and responsible in every admissions conversation. Our role is not to sell, but to guide students with accurate information so they can make the right decision for themselves.

I plan to apply this by being very transparent about program expectations, costs, timelines, and licensing requirements, and by avoiding any promises about outcomes. Doing things the right way protects our students and the school, and builds real trust from the very first conversation.

I learned that as an admissions representative, I need to stay up-to-date and compliant to maintain institutional integrity and provide 100% accurate information to prospective students.

I learned the rules and regulations my institution must follow when advertising the school

I learned multiple paperwork involved and it is very important to be organized.

I also learned the statutes and policies for working in admissions.

I learned terminology and what is required to be an admissions representative.
